TEXAS KOSHER BBQ CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION FEE:

Team entry fee of $600.00 covers participation in all categories: Brisket, Chicken, Fish, Beans, and Grand Champion. Each team will receive 6 complimentary entrance wristbands. Event Sponsors at the $3,600.00 level and above will receive a complimentary team registration. All Kosher Meat provided by H-E-B.
In the event that the BBQ is canceled, your team entry fee can be refunded.

These teams will receive the following amounts of product: Brisket (approximately 28 lbs. per team) ~ Chicken (10 chickens per team) ~ Fish (5-10 lbs. per team) ~ Beans (10 lbs. per team) ~ Vegetarian (TBD)
